All CDBG water or wastewater infrastructure grants must be administered by a professional grant administrator. Typically, this is a Regional Development District staff member, but grantees may instead contract with private consultants to perform this function. Although eligible communities are permitted to submit applications, you are strongly encouraged to do so through the experienced consulting firm or Development District that will administer the grant, if funded.
