Deferred loans - (5.00%) Interest waived
up to 10 years and payment of principal deferred up to 10 years
Conditions of assistance are determined
by comparison of the proposed water rates to the medium household income
(reference comparison figure chart). Allowances are made for greater
than state average incidence of low income, elderly persons, or unemployed.
